Cops: Man tried to fill forged prescriptions at Southold Pharmacy

A Cambria Heights, New York man was slapped with a felony charge Friday after he tried to fill two forged prescriptions at the Southold Pharmacy, police said.

According to Southold Town police, Fulton Johnson, 64, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. at the pharmacy, located on Main Road, after he tried to fill the prescriptions. Pharmacy staff alerted the police, and Johnson was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, police said.
