Donald K. Frank, of Aquebogue died Nov. 5, 2014. He was 91 years old.
Born in Brooklyn on March 30, 1923, he was the son of August and Johanna Frank. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946.
Frank enjoyed painting and was a member of the Old Town Arts & Crafts Guild. He was a football and baseball fan.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy (nee Klaar) and his children, Kenneth, of Smithtown and Diane Kreschollek, of Arizona, and by seven grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Sunday, Nov. 9 at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home, 336 Marcy Avenue, Riverhead, from 2 to 5 p.m. Interment will take place Monday, Nov. 10 at 12 noon at Calverton National Cemetery.
