Justine A. Casey of Mattituck and Riverhead died December 10, 2014 at Eastern Long Island Hospital. She was 90 years old.
Born in Aquebogue February 26, 1924, she was the daughter of Frank and Justina (Ruskowski) Doroski.
She was married to Joseph Casey, who predeceased her in 2010. She was a chief operator for N.Y. Telephone Co. in Riverhead and an assistant manager at Riverhead OTB.
She is survived by her daughter, Justine Swotkewicz of Mattituck; her siblings: Walter Doroski of Aquebogue, Bertha Wilcenski of Riverhead, Hedwig Kozak of Riverhead, Helen Strebel of Aquebogue, Conrad Doroski of Aquebogue; Irene Zlatniski of Aquebogue and Albina Sujecki of Calverton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, Dec. 12, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home, 336 Marcy Avenue, Riverhead. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 546 St. John’s Place, Riverhead. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
