Christopher D. Young of Calverton died on July 18 in New York City. He was 62 years old.
He was born on November 18, 1952 in New York City to Lester Young and Lois Wells. He worked as a mechanic for Riverhead Building Supply.
Young was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Ann Young (nee Michelback), of Calverton and his children, Christopher and Leah, both of Calverton.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Church.
