Firefighters were on the scene of a brush fire in the woods this afternoon in Southold, officials said.
Traffic was being diverted on Main Road between Tuckers Lane and Ackerly Pond Lane in Southold as firefighters tackled the fire, which broke out about 1 p.m., officials at the scene said.
No injuries were reported and no further details were immediately available.
