Southold wins top honors at Long Island NJROTC drill meet

The Southold High School NJROTC unit took first place overall in the L.I. drill meet today at Mattituck High School.

Southold placed first in academics, personnel inspection, color guard, platoon basic and athletes. Southold’s Maddison Osler took first place in the top shot competition and Rob Kruszeski took first place in academics. Southold placed second in marksmanship.

Riverhead High School placed second overall, and William Floyd High School placed third.
