Dawn G. Domanick of Calverton died September 11, 2016.
She was born March 3, 1958 in England to Audrey Stowe and Werner Lange.
She was a high school graduate and worked as an office manager at a medical office in Stony Brook University Hospital.
She is survived by her husband Robert, her sons John C. and Kevin R., her brothers Mark and Gary Lang and her sister Ruth Turwitz.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on September 15 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
