The Suffolk County Police Department Impound Section will hold a vehicle auction on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. at the department’s impound yard, located at 100 Old Country Road in Westhampton.
The auction will feature 100 vehicles including sedans, pickup trucks, vans, SUVs and motorcycles. All vehicles are sold in “as is” condition and all sales are final.
A preview of the vehicles will be held on Sept. 29 and 30 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Potential buyers must register to bid in the auction and registration will be held during preview hours and prior to the start of the auction on October 1. Proper identification is required to register and to register as a business, registrants must produce a tax certificate.
