James W. Mark, 90

James W. Mark, of Greenport, died  at home Oct 17, 2016.  He was 90 years old.

He was predeceased by his sisters, Jennie and Helen, and by his wife of 55 years, Dorothy, for whom he provided expert, loving care for over 25 years.

Visitation will be at Horton-Mathie Funeral Home, 735 First Street, Greenport on Friday, Oct. 21, from 3 to 7 p.m.  A funeral service will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Main Road and Chapel Lane, Greenport, on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 11 am.  Burial, with Army Honor Guard, will follow at East Marion Cemetery.  Memorial donations to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Parsonage Fund, PO Box 242, Greenport, NY  11944.
