Jason Damianos, owner of Jason’s Vineyard in Jamesport, passed suddenly on December 30, 2016. He was 49 years old.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5 and Friday, January 6 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. both days at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.
Prayer services will be held on Thursday, January 5 at 8 p.m. officiated by Pastor Keith Benson of True Light Church in Cutchogue.
Firematic services will be held on Friday, January 6 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 7 at 11 a.m. at St. Louis de Montfort Roman Catholic Church, 75 New York Avenue in Sound Beach, officiated by the Rev. Francis Pizzarelli.
Interment will follow at Sea View Cemetery, 233 North Country Road, Mount Sinai.
Memorial donations may be made to the Mattituck Fire Department, Hope House Ministries in Port Jefferson or Peconic Bay Medical Center.
