John J. Donegan, a lifelong Riverhead resident died Dec. 30, 2016 at his home. He was 48 years old.
He was born Dec. 2, 1968 to John and Joan (Clark) Donegan.
He was a chef at the Rendevous in Riverhead. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, cooking and nature.
Predeceased by his father in 2000 and his brother William in 2013, he is survived by his mother Joan of Riverhead, his sister Lisa Samen of Colorado and his brother David of Riverhead.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, Jan. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home.
