Tyler J. McDonald of Greenport died suddenly on January 1, 2017. He was 21 years old.
He is survived by his parents Toni Mokus and Thomas McDonald and his siblings James Meehan, TJ McDonald and Jennifer McDonald.
Visiting hours will be held at the Horton-Mathie Funeral Home on from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, January 6.
