Bernard P. Creedon, 80 of Greenport died Jan. 21, 2017 at age 80.
He is survived by his beloved wife Patricia, and his loving children Dan, Cara, Joe, Kevin and Marc.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 30 at the Horton-Mathie Funeral Home from 3 to 7 p.m. A 10 a.m. funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at St. Agnes R. C. Church in the Village of Greenport. Burial with Navy Honors will follow at St. Agnes R. C. Cemetery.
The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to East End Hospice-Kanas Center, Eastern Long Island Hospital or the Greenport Fire Department Rescue Squad. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
