Southold Town Police reported arrests of two Cutchogue men in separate incidents on Wednesday, May 3.
Paul Lutz, 24, of Cutchogue was arrested on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was caught with a quantity of concentrated cannabis in the woods off Route 25 and Moores Lane yesterday at about 7:15 p.m., according to police.
Karol Filipkowski, 48, of Cutchogue was arrested on a charge of aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on Route 25 in Peconic at about 9 p.m. last night, police said.
Both Lutz and Filipkowski were held for arraignment, according to police reports
