Police: Calverton man arrested in Peconic for DWI, speeding

A Calverton man was arrested for drunk driving and speeding on Rt. 48 in Peconic at 9:15 Monday morning, Southold police said. Adam Chrzanowski, 36, was observed exceeding the speed limit and failing to maintain his lane of travel. When stopped, police determined that he was intoxicated, according to the police report.
