An East Marion man nabbed driving drunk struck a parked car on Thursday night, police said.
According to Southold Town police, Ward Allan Baker, 59, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Old Orchard Lane after he was involved in the accident and was found to be intoxicated.
Baker was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed and held pending arraignment, police said.
