Southold Town Police charged a Southold man with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for crossing the solid white line onto the shoulder of the road on Route 25 just after midnight on Jan. 30.
Police said John Grauer Jr., 35 was determined to be intoxicated after the officer stopped his vehicle.
He was taken to police headquarters and charged with DWI and moving from lane unsafely, police said.
New York State Police charged a Greenport woman with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Flanders Road in Riverside Jan. 19.
State Police said Karen M. Finne, 55, was found to be intoxicated, arrested and released on appearance tickets returnable in Southampton Town Justice Court at a later date.
