Cosmo T. Fazio of Riverhead died May 13, 2017 at Peconic Bay Medical Center. He was 97 years old.
He was born on December 4, 1919 in the Bronx to Salvatore and Christina Fazio.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. He was an engineer with Sperry Corporation in Lake Success. In his spare time, he enjoyed photography.
Predeceased by his wife Grace, he is survived by his children, Christina Gordon of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, Robert of Riverhead and Madeline of Flanders, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Interment will be on Wednesday, May 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Calverton National Cemetery.
