A Southold man was charged with driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident involving a school bus yesterday afternoon.
Southold Town Police said Efrain Menjivar, 32, driving eastbound on Route 48 at about 2:40 p.m., went through a red light at the intersection of Route 48 and Depot Lane, then struck the left bumper of a school bus carrying children as he attempted to pass the bus.
