Southold mounted a three-run rally in the 5th inning for a come-from-behind win over McGann-Mercy.
Starters Ashley Hilary for the Settlers and Sarah Penny for the Monarchs both showed great control.
Mercy took a 2-0 lead into the 5th inning, but Southold mounted a three-run rally to take a 3-2 lead and held on for the win.
