Bridgehampton National Bank has appointed William Araneo as the branch manager of its Cutchogue branch, located at 32845 Main Road.

Araneo brings a long tenure in the financial services industry to this new position. Most recently he served as a member of the bank’s financial services division. A resident of Cutchogue, he combines his 35 years of experience together with his commitment to the local community in his role as the BNB Cutchogue branch manager.

“We are fortunate to have a branch manager with such a great depth of financial services experience, as well as knowledge of the local marketplace,” says Patricia Horan, SVP and regional manager of BNB’s East End region. She continued, “William has a strong network and history with both the local business community and the people who live there. He is already a great asset to BNB.”

Araneo is an active member of the Mattituck Lion’s Club, and the President of Kait’s Angels, a chapter-based nonprofit organization headquartered on the North Fork of Long Island. He is also a member of the Trust Investment Committee of the Suffolk County Council of Boy Scouts.

Established in 1910, BNB, with assets of approximately $3.9 billion, operates 40 retail branch locations serving Long Island and the greater New York metropolitan area. In addition, the Bank operates two loan production offices: one in Manhattan, and one in Riverhead, New York. BNB has a rich tradition of involvement in the community, supporting programs and initiatives that promote local business, the environment, education, healthcare, social services, and the arts.
