Arthur Flood Jr. of Central Islip, formerly of Riverhead, died Nov. 22, 2016 in Southside Hospital. He was 57 years old.
He was born in Riverhead on April 21, 1959 to Arthur Flood and Jessie Mae Belcher.
He graduated from Riverhead High School and worked as a landscaper at Hampton Hills Golf Course in Northampton. In his spare time, he enjoyed sports and golfing.
He is survived by his siblings Dennis Scrubbs, William Belcher Jr., Kenneth Belcher Sr., Darren Belcher, Ella Belcher, Doris Flood, Brenda Flood and Charlene Flood and Michael Butts, who was “like a brother” to him.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, Dec. 2 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Dec.2 at the funeral home.
