William (Bill) Buhler, formerly of Southold, died April 23 at Hope Hospice at Shell Point in Fort Meyers, Florida. He was 86 years old.
Buhler was a volunteer tour guide at the Horton Point lighthouse for years and really loved it there, his family said.
Buhler, who was predeceased by his wife Helena, is survived by his sons Chris, Bob and Bill.
Visitation will take place Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at New Apostolic Church, 145 Crossways Park Drive West, Woodbury, New York. A funeral service will be held there at 2 p.m.
