A Coram man wanted on a felony warrant was cuffed in Laurel on March 3.
According to Southold Town police, Shateek Carter, 23, was arrested on Route 25 at 9:32 p.m. after the car he was riding in as a passenger was stopped for a traffic violation, and he was found to have an active warrant, police said.
He was arrested and transported to Southold Town police headquarters, and held for probation, police said.
