A new Italian eatery is gearing up to debut on Main Road in Southold.
Caci North Fork is expected to open soon, according to its website; the restaurant will be located at 56125 Main Road and is now hiring, a sign outside announced.
The restaurant’s Facebook page states that there are “many plans” on the table, but says it won’t be long before the Italian eatery, which will feature fine dining, will be ready for its grand opening with Executive Chef Marco Pellegrini.
