Members of the Mattituck Fire Department will come together Sunday to help fight back against Parkinson’s disease.
A breakfast fundraiser will be held on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the firehouse, located at 1000 Pike Street in Mattituck.
One hundred percent of all money raised will be given to help fund Parkinson’s disease research, fire department members said in a Facebook post announcing the event. “We do this to honor some of our members, past and present, who are afflicted with this disease. Please come down and help us support them,” the post read.
