15 bicep curls
15 side/front arm raises
15 thrusters
15 bent over flys
15 bent over rows
15 stationary lunges on each side
15 jumping air squats

Ab workout:
1 minute Russian twist
1 minute V-ups
1 minute jug-ups
1 minute turtle raises
