Barry Cohen of Southold died in Southampton, New York on January 3. He was 84 years old.
He was born in the Bronx, New York on November 20, 1930 to Anna (nee Bodatsky) and Harry Cohen and later served in the United States Navy.
Formerly of Island Park and Rockville Centre, Barry had been a repairman for Metered Appliance in Woodside, New York.
In his free time, he enjoyed Jigsaw and crossword puzzles.
He is survived by his daughters Chery (Eddie) Kuhn of Copiague, Elizabeth Cohen of Port Jefferson Station, Gloria (Bill) Cagney of Bayville and Terri (Buddy) Adler of Southold; a sister Barbara Brody of Ontario, Canada; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Florence.
Graveside services will be held on Monday at 10:45 a.m. at the Calverton National Cemetery, where members of the United States Navy will render military honors.
