Week Six: No More Dreadmill

For this workout, we’ll alternate between floor work and “six and six” on the treadmill. Each exercise is one minute, followed by a two-minute run on the treadmill.

Warm up:
1 minute walk
2 minutes light jog

Part 1:
2 minutes 6 incline/6 speed
1 minute air squat
2 minutes 6&6
1 minute squat touch
2 minutes 6&6
1 minute football stance
2 minute 6&6
1 minute high knee ladders
2 minute 6&6
1 calf raises

Part 2:
1 minute light jog no incline
1 minute full sprint
1 minute light jog
1 minute at your highest incline at 3.4 speed
1 minute at your highest incline 3.6 speed
1 minute at your highest incline 3.8 speed
1 minute at your highest incline 4.0 speed
1 minute no incline, light jog cool down
