Board to set Monday, March 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, as the time and place for the next regular Planning Board Meeting.

Final Plat Extensions:

Josephson, Zapf & Dow – This proposed Lot Line Modification transfers 0.01 acre from SCTM#1000-17-2-6.1 to SCTM#1000-17-2-1.9. Lot 6.1 will decrease in size from 2.68 acres to 2.67 acres, Lot 1.9 will increase from 2.02 acres to 2.03 acres located in the R-40 Zoning District.
