Tom Scalia, Broker of Century 21 Albertson Realty, recently attended the Century 21® International Management Academy. The academy is held annually at Realogy corporate headquarters in Madison, N.J.
The week long academy features a strategic overview by Richard A. Smith, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Realogy Holdings Corp. and Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC, as well as instruction on the fundamentals of effective real estate brokerage management and how to incorporate the many tools and resources available via the Century 21 System. Subject matter experts also take participants through the inner workings of how to incorporate strategy and proper planning to take their operations to the next level.
