Claudio’s Restaurant takes pride in locally sourced ingredients. It was only natural to choose to support Long Island wine industry and offer and extensive selection of these wines on their carefully crafted menu.
We are extremely pleased to announce that the restaurant now offers over twenty Long Island wine brands on our list. Of these, fifteen are poured by the glass. This new menu for 2015 includes an array of varietal whites and reds, along with blends and sparkling wines as well. We also have testing flights of white, rosé and reds available. In these, three varieties are presented in two ounce tasting glasses atop a piece of drift wood. Claudios says that they have found these flights to be a great way to taste Long Island wines and make your pairing decision.
The Claudio’s team is thrilled to have this new wine selection available in the hopes that our guests will try something new and find a favorite; or continue to enjoy what they love as they conclude their day on the North Fork, along the Long Island Wine Trail.
