A popular summer event that’s been a tradition for over 50 years drew so many hungry guests this weekend that it sold out, organizers said.
The First Baptist Church of Cutchogue offered either chicken or ribs, along with baked beans, greens, corn and watermelon and other goodies, at the barbecue Saturday.
Children played games on the lawn while visitors enjoyed their meals outside; the dinners were also available to go.
