Patrons at Greenport’s Whiskey Wind tonight could find themselves in a new documentary — and extras are needed.
Marla Milne and Tony Bettler put the call out for extras to join them, with friends, at the Whiskey Wind Tavern on Front Street at 8 p.m. in Greenport tonight.
Milne and Bettler will be filming the music performed by former Greenport Village Mayor David Nyce and his crew, which will be used for the opening and closing credits of a film they’re creating for the upcoming Maritime Festival.
“We are hoping that you will come and be a part of the audience. We can’t guarantee that your image won’t end up on the cutting room floor; but your enthusiasm, hand clapping and foot stomping will surely create the community vibe that we hope to project,” they wrote in the shout out.
