North Fork Real Estate, founded in 2011 by broker Kristen Rishe, has opened a second office on Main Street in Southold.
The storefront office is located in the heart of Southold hamlet’s business district.
“We’re excited to be here,” Rishe said Friday, showing off the spacious new digs. “We were thinking about expanding and this fell into our lap. It’s the perfect location and a perfect opportunity, so we jumped on it,” she said.
The light and airy office is smartly appointed in white and light-gray tones, providing contrast for the eye-catching, custom-crafted desks made from large elm tree.
“It’s a very comfortable work environment,” she said.
Rishe and most of her dozen or so agents will be working out of both North Fork Real Estate’s offices — the original location on Main Road in Cutchogue and the new one in Southold, opened a week ago Friday. The team of agents has collective experience in the local real estate market in excess of 60 years. North Fork Real Estate handles sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties as well as property management.
