Mattituck High School seniors Katherine Hoeg and Jack Dufton have been announced as the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Class of 2016.
Hoeg, who is also captain of the girls basketball team, is the Class of 2016 valedictorian. Dufton, the salutatorian, is captain of the school’s cross country and track teams.
Principal Shawn Petretti congratulated them on their achievement today.
