Rachel Bilson, star of hit drama The O.C., had “the best coffee [she’s] ever had and best breakfast ever” at a North Fork eatery this week.
Bilson and her boyfriend Hayden Christensen visited the North Fork Roasting Company for six consecutive days this week. Christensen is best known for his role as Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars episodes II and III.
“For six days in a row they came in for breakfast,” co-owner Jess Dunne said. “She said to me ‘you guys are such a gem, and we’ve been to so many places.’”
Bilson posted a picture on Instagram to her 571-thousand followers today calling the roasting company the “best coffee” and “best breakfast” she’s ever had, with the hashtag #missitalready. As of this evening it had 10-thousand likes.
“They weren’t bothered. I think that’s why they kept coming back,” Dunne said. “They got açaí bowls and ‘monster hash’ almost every day.” Monster hash is a NoFoRoCo creation with sweet potato hash, sautéed local greens topped with two sunny eggs, Gruyère cheese and balsamic drizzle.

“They were super nice and so humble,” Dunne said. She asked the pair for a picture, and on their last day on the North Fork after a few weeks vacation, Bilson obliged.
“It was awesome,” Dunne said.
