Protection Company 1 of the Southold Fire Department hopes you’ll work up a hearty appetite before coming down to its annual Steak Night fundraiser this weekend.
On Saturday, September 3, from 6 to 9 p.m. the men and women of the department will be working hard grilling steaks and preparing the side dishes to go with them. Included with the dinner are baked potatoes, corn on the cob, salad, dessert and beverages including beer, wine and soda.
Tickets are $40 per person and credit cards are accepted. Tickets are available at the fire house and through any department member.
