With seven minutes left in the second OT, Alparslan Kilinc scored from six yards out on a ball from Pawel Kibliscz.
James Jacobs had three saves for Mattituck. Southold goalie Dylan Clausen had eight saves.
Both North Fork teams play their next games at home. Mattituck (3-3 overall, 3-1 in League VII) hosts Stony Brook (3-0 overall, 3-0 in League VII) on Tuesday at 4:30. Southold (1-5 overall, 1-3 in League VII) hosts Babylon (5-1 overall, 4-0 League VII) also on Tuesday at 4:30.
