Greenport’s annual Maritime Festival will take place this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, which means that a portion of Route 25 will be closed this weekend during the festivities.
Route 25 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Third Street to Main Street and from the foot of Main Street at Claudio’s Restaurant and dock to Center Street.
Visitors to the festival should plan on parking on village side streets around the festival. There will be no vehicular traffic allowed downtown.
