There was no shortage of school spirit in Mattituck last night as Mattituck High School held its annual bonfire and Tucker Bowl.
Hundreds gathered on the athletic fields for an enormous bonfire supervised by Mattituck Fire Department.
Afterwards in the gym, a lively competition in games like blind volleyball and tennis ball launching resulted in the seniors coming in first, juniors and freshmen tying for second followed by sophomores.
The event is sponsored by SADD and is a fundraiser for activities such as National Unity Day, an event that raises awareness about bullying.
