Southold lost to Pierson/Bridgehampton 1-0 in the “C” finals today in Coram.

It was a cautious and tightly played game by both sides, and where the midfield was where the majority of the game was played. But in the 77th minute, Pierson broke in, and beat Southold goal keeper Dylan Clausen to his right, with a shot from about 10 feet out to make it 1-0. Southold put all the pressure on Pierson they could in the final minutes, but the score stood, and Pierson/Bridgehampton took the “C” title with a 1-0 victory.
