Main Road in Mattituck is closed to traffic in both directions between Mill Lane and Maple Avenue because of a downed tree in the roadway, the state Department of Transportation said this morning in an alert issued at 6:18 a.m.
The DOT estimated the road will be closed for about an hour.
PSEG-LI is reporting a handful of power outages in Mattituck and New Suffolk, with an estimated restoration time of around noon today.
