A Southold man was arrested on a DWI charge last night after driving in the opposite lane of travel on Pine Neck Road and nearly colliding with an oncoming car, according to a police press release.
Police said they received multiple calls of a possibly intoxicated motorist on Pine Neck Road in Southold at about 8:30 last night.
David J. Zbytniewski, 45, was seen traveling in the opposite lane of travel on Pine Neck Road and almost collided with an oncoming vehicle, police said.
Zbytniewski was found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said. He was processed and held overnight for morning arraingnment
