UPDATED 3 p.m.: Joseph Carr has been located in Copiague unharmed, Riverhead Town Police said in a press release this afternoon.
Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public’s help in the search for a 13-year-old Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch resident.
Police said Joseph Carr, 13, has been missing since 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13.
No foul play is suspected, police said.
