Police report DWI, aggravated unlicensed arrests in Greenport

Southold Town Police reported two arrests this weekend in Greenport.

Early Sunday morning, Southold Town Police arrested a 22-year-old Calverton man for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police said Michael Molina was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of travel on Main Street in Greenport at 12:39 a.m. Molina was found to be in possession of marijuana, according to the police report. Police said they determined his driver’s license had been suspended. Molina was transported to police headquarters, processed and held for arraignment, police said.

A Connecticut man was arrested Sunday night in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, Southold police reported.

Kevin McCusker, 30, of Rocky Hill, Conn. was operating a 2001 Mercury sedan northbound on Main Street when he was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated, police said.  

He was arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed and held for arraignment, police said.
