Mattituck-Cutchogue Union Free School District is helping its students and community members get in shape with a brand new program called Project Fit.
Members of the community are invited to view the new state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness equipment and supplies donated to the school through support from Peconic Bay Medical Center, Kait’s Angels, JCL Complete Renovations and Additions, Jason C. Leonard, the Mattituck Lions and JABS fitness facility. The opening day celebration is scheduled for June 7 rain or shine at 9:30 a.m. at the Cutchogue East Elementary School.
The outdoor fitness equipment will be available for public use.
