The Peconic Community School will hold its annual summer benefit event on August 13 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hallockville’s Naugles Barn. This year the gala will honor science educators and Peconic School trustees Barbara Butterworth and Phyllis Constan.
The fundraiser will feature live music by the Bruce McDonald Band, dancing, food (including a raw bar), a silent auction and local beer and wine.
