MaryLou Merasco of Moosup, Connecticut died Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Plainfield Emergency Care Center in Plainfield, Connecticut. She was 73 years old.
She was born in Greenport on February 24, 1944, daughter of the late William T. and Gertrude (Oliver) Flatley. She married Patsy Merasco on March 25, 1978.
She worked at Anchor Glass and later at Foxwoods.
Predeceased by her sister, Nancy Wallner, she is survived by her husband, her daughter Tammy Jones (Robert), her sons, Peter Squires (Jenn) and Thomas Squires, her stepson Daniel Merasco (Helen), her stepdaughter Meredith Merasco and her siblings, Gerald Flatley, Patricia Lenox and Lawrence Flatley. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 16 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Cemetery.
DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold is assisting the family.
