Kent Animal Shelter is holding its annual Wines and Canines fundraiser at the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard on Sunday, October 1.
The event kicks off with a leisurely walk/run at the vineyard followed by a meet and greet with other pet families. There will be auctions, raffles and several contests including a pet costume contest, pet/owner look-alike contest and a pet trick contest.
Enjoy live music while meeting adoptable pets, sampling wine and food and perusing Kent’s traveling pet boutique.
Tickets are a $30 minimum donation per person. Children 12 and under free.
Walkers and runners may start the course any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. This is not a timed race.
